Review
These evenings when the company showcases
numbers from a range of different shows are
really enjoyable. The standard overall was very
good both from the individuals and chorus. This
ensures that there is something to suit
everyone. It was essentially an ensemble show
and no one performer should take the lead over
another, the team essence was evident and the
overall balance superb.
It isn’t easy to provide
continuity and it takes a great deal of skill
and coordination to enable the overall evening
to run smoothly. This came mainly from the
production team of Director/Choreographer, Ian
Clark; Musical Director, Darren Alderton and
Dance Captain, Sophie Dulake. These together
with the back stage, front of house staff and
small but very well balanced orchestral group
made it a thoroughly enjoyable time for all.
What an evening! A big thank
you must go to the whole company for a superb
celebration of music all of extremely high
choral quality. Congratulations everyone!
