Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood — January 2017
Our annual pantomime for 2017 was a swashbuckling, rib-tickling take on the Robin Hood legend — Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood.
Brave Sir Robin and his Merry Men set out to defeat the evil Sheriff of Nottingham and save the downtrodden people of the town (oh yes they were very downtrodden!). Robin had to unravel ridiculous riddles, rescue the Babes from peril, fall in love with Maid Marion, and dodge the advances of the Babes’ nurse Nelly.
