Sponsored bike ride raises £1,100 for Children in Need
Catherine Richards (Ryan’s wife) recently completed a sponsored bike ride to raise money for Pudsey — the annual Children in Need appeal.
As one of a team of five, they completed an amazing 270 miles in 24 hours — the same distance as cycling from Portsmouth to Blackpool. So far they raised a total of £1,100.
Catherine commented: “I can honestly say that our bike ride was one of the most painful things I have done. We completely underestimated the pain we would get in our bums and legs! Our target was to cycle 250 miles in 24 hours and the team of five managed 270 miles.”
